I have been in love with the Doberman breed since I was very young. Over the years and having rescued Dobermans many times I discovered a passion for breeding well-rounded Dobermans that fit into any household. We believe that Dobermans are ideal family pets because they are intelligent, loyal, and loving companions. Whether you're looking for a best friend, an emotional support animal, a traveling companion, or simply a family pet, we're confident that one of our puppies will be the perfect match for you and your family.
We take great pride in our breeding process, which starts with carefully selecting our breeding pairs. We only breed Dobermans that meet our high standards for health, temperament, and conformation. We choose our Dobermans from the best bloodlines in Europe, and we believe that this is the key to producing healthy, happy dogs with outstanding temperaments and conformation. Our Dobermans are raised in a loving and nurturing environment and receive regular veterinary care and socialization. We test all of our Dobermans using Embark to look for any abnormalities in their DNA structure. We do not own or breed any Dobermans with Z factor nor do we own or breed any non-standard nor recognized colors.
DragonHeart Doberman Kennel is located on our farm in Virginia and our dogs are part of our family. Our dogs get plenty of exercise and socialization opportunities among themselves and other animals. We use a local vet for their everyday needs and diagnostic tests to ensure that our Dobermans receive the best possible care . Since moving to Virginia we have been fortunate enough to be introduced to Dr. Brittany Faison in DE who did our last litter and she did a beautiful job on these pups. We are very lucky to have found her and will be using her exclusively for all of our ear trims.
